Leon, with a background in Finance, has operated businesses in the real estate, event management, and F&B sectors
Aleandro Brown has trained in numerous Michelin star kitchens and brings this precision, creativity, and artistry, to deliver exceptional dishes that celebrate Caribbean traditions and captivate the senses
